Diaper cream ?

Hi ladies, my daughter is teething and has a horrible diaper rash. I’ve tried Boudreauxs and Desitin. Any other recommendations???

If there are red bumps or dots then your LO may need a prescription. Otherwise I always found that a quick lil booty wash with soap and air dry after a poopy diaper helps with rashes.

Tubby Todd Diaper Cream works wonders for us! Destin Extra Strength works too but its very sticky feeling so I don't really like to use it.

We love this stuff. Also, try to get some ample diaper-free time to let the rash air out a bit. We'd place our bare-butt baby on a towel for about 10-20 minutes a day and that always seemed to bring the redness down

Don’t use wipes at all. Use wet paper towel or washcloth. Air out as much as possible and apply lots of rash cream to very dry area then change diapers often.
