Constipation
I am currently 9w 2d, I have been having a lot of constipation from the very beginning. It gets so uncomfortable. What medications are safe to take to help with this? I used to use smooth move organic tea with senna and it used to help and was very gentle. I’m not sure if this is safe though and I forgot to ask my midwife.
