Postpartum
My baby boy Macen is only 3weeks. An being in the house all day an night is really taking a toll on me. Besides that I’m not really getting much sleep 🥴 I feel alone most the times an miss being outside. I need some advice on how to make a newborn sleep longer so I can get more sleep 💆🏽♀️ along with how do I not over think myself into a depression 🥴
