Mattress Recommendation. Puffy?

Looking at getting my 3 year old the puffy mattress.  Has anyone used this one before? If not, do you have any other recommendations?

Aren't those like$600 for a twin? I personally wouldn't spend that much on a toddler mattress. We just have the basic Ikea one which was $100 I think. My 3 year old isn't potty trained overnight so I think that's a huge deterrent too for our situation.
