Sometimes I see women say that delivering their placenta was almost worse than birthing the baby. It kind of shocks me to see that, because for me my placenta almost slid right out about 10 minutes after the baby. The midwife could tell it was already detaching so she gently pulled on the cord and it came right out. It didn’t hurt at all, it just kind of felt like how it feels when your partner pulls out after sex 😂

Anyway, I know every woman’s experience is different!! Not trying to disregard that at all. I’d love for anyone to share their placenta stories if they’d like.
