Would you rather have a emotional connection or physical connection?

Question

What I mean by emotional connection is when you and your partner are able to chat and connect with each other emotionally. You can talk to each other about your day and how you feel and if anything bothers you. They’re the first person you go to when things go bad and they make you feel better by talking together. Only thing is the sex is not that good, and CANT connect that way. 
Physical connection is only when you feel connected when you’re both intimate and have sex with each other. Communication is bad but you two just can’t keep your hands off the other person because the sex is really good. 
So based on these two explanation and you CAN ONLY PICK ONE, which would you rather have?

Oh definitely an emotional connection. I really don't care about sex as much. Physical chemistry will only take a relationship so far. There needs to be something deeper to keep the relationship going.

I would rather have an emotional connection ! Why ? because I truly believe that with an emotional connection you can be prepared for anything life has to throw at you . Me and my husband have great emotional connection and a physical connection to we are so in sync that I can recognize when he’s having a bad day and what we need to do to fix it and vice versa. He knows what I’m thinking and what I want and like without question . It’s very rare now but i really cherish having this .

I'd prefer emotional 100%! My ex was super toxic , communication was horrible! It was the worst relationship I've ever been on never been treated that badly before BUT the sex was amazing and off the charts and just wow everytime so it was super hard to leave that relationship when sex was bomb but I left because sex isn't all that. I wanted someone to be there for me emotionally and be able to communicate right and someone I can talk to about anything.

I've been with my partner for 20 years and it's not for the sex. He's great in every other aspect of a relationship other than knowing how to make me c. I've been so unhappy and want to leave bc I don't get my release unless I masturbate. I personally think you need both which I don't have.
