Still bleeding

I’m still bleeding from having my son 2 weeks ago and I’m in pain because pads give me rashes and has been like that ever since I was 16 I don’t know why. My vagina currently is so red and it has bumps I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried so many pads and it’s been doing the same. I don’t have the money for all these pads products that they are going to do the same. I know you aren’t supposed to put anything in the vagina for 6 weeks but I’m about to cause I can’t handle this pain anymore.
