Yeah I’ve never heard of this … like at all does she mean hormonal imbalance

Idk about hormones but I do feel like if I miss periods the next one is usually terrible. Cramps are worse, fatigue is worse, I do get crankier sometimes too but I never thought it was because it was all building up lol
