Neck pain after delivery
I’ve been having severe neck and shoulder pain since delivery of my baby 4 days ago. It’s making it hard to care for baby and enjoy this time. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and ice make it barely tolerable. Anyone else have this? How long did it last?
