I had an early miscarriage in august. We weren’t planning a pregnancy but I had a strong positive on 21st August and then I had spotting for 7 days which then lead to bleeding heavily for 2 days (my usual period is 4 days) the pregnancy tests were negative from the next day. This resulted in me and my husband deciding we did actually want another baby but I’m 37 so want to do this sooner rather than later. I’m just wondering if the spotting would count as the start of my period or when I bled properly for 2 days? I’ve never really tracked with temps and didn’t start this cycle but a whole weeks difference between the spotting and bleeding with a short period is a lot lol. Anyone got any experience of this?
