Do babies get easier

Question

I have a 3 month old and i am STRUGGLING!! Do babies get easier as they grow up? Or is it gonna get harder. At what point did it get easier if at all

Nothing will ever be as “easy” and leisurely as your life before a kid. It’s always gonna be something. BUT, yes, in a few months babe will definitely be more predictable and sleeping better and you’ll be more rested and competent/confident as a mom.
…think of it as a roller coaster with the biggest hills the closest together at the beginning. Your body is recovered now and you’ve got the basics figured out. More and more space will occur now between hills and most hills won’t be as big as that first doozy.
After the four month regression, the hills are mostly pretty small and spaced apart (like teething, first illness, and other smaller regressions). So you’ll have weeks that are great and more restful and weeks that aren’t. Right now it’s probably days that are and aren’t.
Overall, with my 4 year old, the very first month, the four month sleep regression, and his 2.5 year old sleep regression were the biggest worst hills on that roller coaster. 
By 3 he was super easy, great traveler. By 1 he was a predictable sleeper, by 2 a predictable eater.

In a sense, yes. But like someone else said, it’s always going to be something. Sickness, sleep regressions, tantrums, etc. it really is a roller coaster and with hills and curves that a lot of times you don’t see coming. Just take it one day at a time and follow their cues. 
Our son, who is almost 20 months started daycare back at the beginning of February and he has been non stop sick since then. Croup, hand foot and mouth, 3 ear infections, RSV and a constant runny nose. It has been a rough year. However, you find ways to manage. I am thankful he is being exposed and building immunity before he goes to Kindergarten and has to miss days when it really counts. 
We also have an almost 4 month old. She is the easiest, most relaxed baby that I’ve ever seen. She sleeps awesome and doesn’t require much. She just started daycare last week. All kids are different and their needs vary. As far as the sleep and fussiness, that does fade and get easier. What are you struggling with?

I would say it’s easier in the fact that they rely on you less and less as time goes on. But other things come up like tantrums (2/3 year old) and sooo many questions (5year old)  once they start talking lol. My 3 month old is so heavy at almost 20 lbs, it’s hardest for me with the fact that he can’t sit but wants to look around and to be upright. Around 4/5 months they learn to sit and I’m so looking forward to that milestone! I know for me it’ll be easier then lol
