I feel sick again

I just got over cold and now I feel like I'm puke I'm nasauted I couldn't eat good cause I thought I would puke I feel it but it don't come up. I feel like something I'm catching I also have body ache pain in my lower back on my hip side... I had a period June 7th but I took tests they were all negative... I would be 13 weeks if I was pregnant which I doubted I have pcos... but I know I'm not preg.. but I feel so sick man. 😫 🤒 I slept half the day today as well... I feel blahhh.. I can't get rid of this cough and mucus though is been 3 weeks now...
