Sleeping with a bra on? Yes or no?

How many of the big boobie ladies on this app wear bras to bed? I’m a 32DD and I get absolutely horrible back, neck and shoulder pain when I’m not wearing a bra, so I often have to wear a wireless one when sleeping. I am SUPER picky with the kind of bras that I wear because my boobs are a bit on the saggy side (thanks to birth control hormones), and they are sensitive as fuck so I tend to get a lot of problems with under boob or side spillage. I hate bras so much I sometimes end up ripping them off and letting the girls hang while I sleep, but then I wake up the next morning with excruciating pain. Doctor says to wait for a reduction until after I’ve had children, which won’t be for another 5+ years. Anyone else have this problem?? 😫😫
