Redness on breast - pumping
So I exclusively pump and do it every three hours. Today I have a red patch on my left breast and online says it might be mastitis or a clogged duct? I don’t feel anything in there and I have no pain so im confused? What do I do for something like this? My output has been a little less but I also went away this weekend and drank last night so I thought it was from that. Any thoughts?
