Which is better from your experinece, C-section or Vaginal delivery?

I think it really just depends on your birth! I had a vaginal delivery for my 1st and was happy with how it went, no interventions, I healed well. I have a friend who had an emergency c-section for her first and a VBAC for her second and she hands down wishes her 2nd was another c-section because the vaginal birth did not go well, she tore really badly and had a hard time healing. Another friend, her c-section scar got infected. So it really is an individual experience.

Vaginal has so many benefits to both baby and you! And although it may seem intimidating squeezing a watermelon size thing out of your hooha 😂 it's really an amazing experience and one that is SO incredibly empowering! Plus you also gotta keep in mind that our bodies are made to do it so trust your body's capability to bring baby down and out and I promise you won't regret it. Just remember to breeeeeeeathe!! I had a cesarean with my first and it wasn’t traumatic or an awful experience. I’m going for vbac with my second partially because I can’t imagine not being in labor. I enjoyed being in labor. I also would prefer an easier recovery having a 2 year old to also take care of…not that my cesarean recovery was difficult- it wasn’t but I also have a high pain tolerance.
