Talk to me about menstrual cups

I have used one before and I absolutely hated it.

At first I couldn't get it in right with out it leaking. when I finally figured that out I couldn't get it out without making a huge mess all over my hands!

And when I came to sex, I suppose it wasn't anything different than a tampon. So nothing really bad there.

So my bad experience aside, I'm thinking I want to try it again. The one I used was the diva cup, what other cups are out there?

What is your experience with menstrual cups?

And any advice on NOT making a mess would be great too!
