CD 22. Is there hope?

Was on Clomid 100mg this cycle and had a blood draw for progesterone today. Is there hope with my progesterone seeming like it’s low?

I’ve had multiple positive OPKs where the test line was as dark as control line. Doctor contacted me today 😞 Says it seems with blood test (I did it CD 22 due to doctors office being closed on my CD 21), that I did not ovulate this cycle even though it perfectly worked last time I took Clomid. Doctor told me they are referring to me to another hospital for an endocrine specialist since I am not consistently ovulating while on fertility medication 🥺🥺🥺
I do not have PCOS as all my tests have come back normal. My normal doctors office just has no idea why my ovaries are not ovulating like they are supposed to be. Breaks my heart. The original plan was to do Clomid this month and then i’d be onto Letrozole if it was unsuccessful. Doctor completely threw away plan and said there is nothing extra they can do. Maybe a different hospital will handle it a different way and it’ll work.
Just more heart broken that i’m 23 and dealing with so many fertility issues at such a young age. It shouldn’t be like this and it breaks my heart.

Have you confirmed ovulation? As over 3 means you may jave ovulated and over 10 is needed ro sustain a pregnancy if you did conceive.

Hey I am on second cycle of clomid and my doctor tests my progesterone on cycle day 21... she says she wants to see 30 and above to confirm ovulation when I had just 10 she said it seems I wasn’t ovulating so with clomid and trigger shot I reached 40+ which confirms ovulation.. I am afraid your number is very low and could mean you didn’t ovulate but it’s better to consult the doctor I have attached my result below .. also did you have a trigger shot? Or just clomid
