How do you make coffee that isn’t sour?

Just got an awesome new coffee maker/keurig machine in one but feeling like an idiot lol. What’s the water to grounds ratio? Do you use warm or cold water? Any other tips? Just made my first pot but it’s super acidic 😖

It depends on how much coffee you are wanting to make. Always use cold water. When I am making a pot I make it to the 6 cup mark and use approximately 2 1/4 cup scoops of coffee. If I was making a 12 cup pot I would use 5 scoops. As far as using the Keurig single cup setting I just buy the pods

I’m assuming you mean bitter? If it’s sour it’s probably whatever creamer/milk you’re using 
I’ve found that fresh ground coffee is less bitter than pre-ground

What kind of grounds are you using? Do you mean bitter? I know that some l people sprinkle salt in. 
I have a ninja and I make one large cup like 14 oz I think with two rounded scoops of coffee with their scooper, I think it's about a tsp, for a full cup I think I do 2-3 rounded scoops about a tbls.

I have a small kitchen aid coffee maker that I add grounds to and pour water through. 
I’m a bit of a coffee snob lol so what I’ve found makes the best coffee is-
Good quality beans- I use the Starbucks French roast and freeze them. I spoon out 5-6 tbsp of beans into my grinder and grind them fresh before pouring 48oz of regular tap water in the tank. 
Salt- I add a small pinch of sea salt to cut any bitterness before starting the machine to brew
Cinnamon- I like a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon added to my grounds with the salt. I just like the taste with it, it’s totally optional… the salt is what cuts any bitterness
