Help!

I'm in my 20s, and I've got a terrible phobia of needles. I haven't been to a doctor since I lived with my parents. I know that I am putting my health and the safety of others at risk by avoiding it. Every time I pick up the phone to make an appointment, I chicken out. Same with the vaccine, I went the day after FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine. The Pharmacist told me I had to make an appointment or wait so, I left. I tried to make an appointment later when I got home, but they were booked 2 weeks out. I've done some research and found that a good portion of those who haven't gotten the vaccine have trypanophobia.

That being said I would like to look into getting therapy. But I have no idea how to go about it. Every therapist I've ever had quit on me. It's part of the reason I stopped going when I was younger. On top of that, there is the cost. And I don't know if I can afford it even with my insurance. I'm older now, and I think I should try to start working past this; just in case I want to have a family someday. Any advice would be helpful. Please don't lecture or tease I get enough crap from family/friends.
