Chronic sinus and jaw pain, help pls

I have had terrible sinus and jaw pain for years. I had bad environmental allergies and I take zyrtec year round and it helps but doesn’t take away the pain in my sinuses. When pregnant I tried using a neti pot daily as I read that it can be a natural way to combat sinus pain and allergies and I ended up having my nose bleeding all the time. I don’t know if it was because the neti pot daily was irritating it or if it was clearing out my sinuses to be less swollen and making it so the inflammation in my sinuses was able to drain out. I stopped using it though. Does anyone have any advice or solutions? ENT doctor years ago just suggested a nose spray and the allergy maintenance meds. I might go back but has anyone had chronic sinus issues and gotten relief somehow?!
