First ever Implant

Hello everyone. I got my implant inserted on the last day of my cycle: 8/16, I had unprotected sex about 7 days later. I did take a Plan B. But since last week 9/5 I’ve been feeling like I have an UTI. I got an antibiotic filled. I’ve been nauseous since then. Throwing up everyday. & I am currently on cycle day 34. Any advice ? Has this happened to anyone else?
