A hot shower does wonders. It lets you breathe without feeling like you are gonna black out! Then of course there is ginger tea, a heat pad, and Advil. I feel for you. A few months ago I had blinding pain from cramps and passed out. I ended up having my boyfriend drive me to the recreation center and I sat in the hot tub with jets. I sweated like a pig, but hey, I wasn’t in blinding pain anymore😅

I mean I don't get super bad cramps but when my cramps are at their worst I know I enjoy an electric heating pad on my abdomen. Though I know that is only a temporary/in the moment thing and doesn't really work too well if you have things to be doing.

800mg IDOPROFEN! My obgyn recommended and it helps with heavy bleeding/cramps but make sure you’re taking it on time everyday. I have serve cramps and bleeding that I’m surprise it works.

If your ttc maybe not birth control but maybe Theres a medication to slow your cycle to not be so heavy, if it is heavy, i was on a medication to help slow my cycled but i was getting a migraine every other day from them so had to stop. It was a progesterone pill. Dont remember name of it though. Goodluck!
