I’m 5 weeks postpartum and the lochia was clearing up (it was a light golden color) then yesterday I just started bleeding all over again... dark red like heavy period... I don’t have any lightheaded-ness or fainting or anything... just minor period-like cramps...

For the first 3 weeks postpartum I took it very light everyday... didn’t carry anything heavier than baby and didn’t exert too much energy to do tasks...

I did give birth vaginally... had only two small stitches from vaginal tearing...

Is this normal? Any other mamas experience this?

I hope it’s not postpartum hemorrhage... 🤦🏻‍♀️
