Can plan b make you ovulate early next cycle?

I tried searching for this. I took a plan b in July (it worked. Period came on time) but here I am… pregnant the month after when the last time I had sex was the day before fertile week was supposed to start. I usually take OPKS to avoid pregnancy as much as possible naturally but I’m in a long distance relationship and forgot to pack them a couple of weeks ago. 
Going to my OBGYN soon but im just shocked im pregnant right now.

If you're having unprotected sex you can't be that shocked.

Plan B doesn't always work. Similarly our ovulation patterns can change for a multitude of reasons, so maybe, but so could stress. Remember you can also get pregnant from sex a whole week before ovulation. It's all an estimation at the end of day.
