Hiccups?

Hi guys! Today at my appt, they listened to the babys heart and they said it sounded like hiccups but usually moms feel that. I felt nothing so they wondered if it was the heart. 
Im going in for an ultrasound on Friday but does anyone else had this happen where they are hiccups and you dont feel a thing?

I dont wanna panic but didnt seem normal. Never a dull moment it seems…

Update: 
    Seems like it was hiccups 🥳 Monitored the heart for 30min, most anxious 30min of testing ever but they said the heart was normal. 
  My liquid is slightly higher than normal but not concerning 🥳🥳🥳🥳
   I wont need to see the specialist anymore. Baby measured a little over 34w but not much more so we are good. 
Feeling relieved and at peace, finally. 🥰

I never felt them with my first and feel them about twice a day with this baby. Maybe it depends on your placenta location too?

My first pregnancy I felt all of her hiccups and now with this pregnancy I haven’t felt anything, so it could be that you can’t feel them. But definitely follow up with your doc.

My daughter is A MOVER like constantly she’s moving and I haven’t felt her hiccup yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ felt it a ton with my son so I’d say it’s normal
