Please help! We have officially weaned 2 weeks ago (13m PP) and I need help drying my supply up. I am a FTM and not entirely sure the best way to do it. I actually have no pain/engorgment or anything up until now (I had my first bleed 4 days after weaning so I’m curious if it’s my hormones/cycle changes causing my breasts to fill up again). I don’t have any clogs (yet) but they’re definitely swollen and very sore. Send me all the tricks and help please. I want to hand express but I’m scared that’ll trigger more milk production.
