is it concerning if you bleed during masturbation or sex? i havent been sexually active in over a year (with a partner) and have been bleeding while masturbating. Am I just being too rough or is it more than that?

HOWEVER, there can be reasons for it. You may be too dry, it may be too rough, you may be injuring yourself, it may be a side effect of hormonal birth control or antibiotics, it may be because your cervix got bruised, it can be because of the phase of your menstrual cycle that you are in, or you may have an infection.
If it keeps on happening, it is time to see your doctor.
