Where did my period go?

I have had nexplanon for 11 months and 6 days. Since having it, my cycle has been the same as it always has been: freaking inconsistent. I’ve never once been able to track my period due to the irregularities.

I have had periods on the BC even if they are just a couple days of spotting. I talked with my doctor about 8ish months in and said that people “normalize” with their BC (meaning you are able to expect the current symptoms and patterns or lack-there-of from that time forward) by month 3-4. That being said………….

I have not had my period in 80 days.

This is not normal.

I have taken 4 pregnancy tests - two a month ago and two last week - and they don’t show that I am pregnant. I game to the ocean from TN and expected my period to start (because I have always heard that if you go to the beach on vacation you are probably going to start then), but I am 4 days into the vacation and there is not even a tad bit of spotting.

At this point I’m coming to you ladies for help. I don’t have insurance right now, but will be getting some soon through my job. What do you think? Do I need another test? If this is not a pregnancy, where did my period go after 11 months of this BC??
