My son is 6.5 months old and I’m still having nightly back and hip pain when I sleep. It hurts so much that it wakes me up at night and I toss and turn trying to find a position that’s not painful. I didn’t have back pain while pregnant (at least not to this extreme). This pain I feel every night is the same pain I felt immediately after my epidural wore off. I blamed it on the hard delivery bed and ya know, just delivering a baby, but now I’m wondering if this could be from the epidural or I’ve heard of babies fracturing mom’s bones on the way out. I had a bigger baby at 9 pounds 8 ounces. Any ideas what this back and hip pain could be? ONLY at night time laying down. It’s just so odd.
