Any ideas please

So 4 days ago I had some like bleeding to the point it was only when I wiped after going to the toilet but nothing on my pads. During this I've been getting the odd cramping pain towards one of my sides of the belly but nothing too painful. I've been feeling very tired and not motivated.

Today it was just stopped. Is my period playing up for what I have no idea if I can call it a period 🤔 should I go see a doctor about it?
