I like the traditional spelling Cillian but I am worried that here in the US it won’t be pronounced with a hard c.

Before reading options, I read the c as a s sillian. So May want to do k if you want it pronounced with a hard c

I pronounced actor Cillian Murphy's name wrong for YEARS! Until I met a kid named Killian and finally came to the conclusion that they are the same name, just spelled different. So yeah, I would go with the "K" spelling if you live in the U.S.
