29wks and milk coming in?

This is my second baby and I started noticing last week that my nipples has what looks like dried milk crust on them🤷🏻‍♀️ (I don’t know how else to describe it). Today I was taking my bra off and noticed they were wet so I squeezed them and 3 beads of milk (more clear them milky) came out on both nipples. Is it ok to have this happen so early?

Yep, been happening to me since around 20 weeks. OB is not concerned about it, but recommended I not try to express it until a couple weeks before my due date.

It’s not actually your milk coming in. It’s colostrum and totally normal.
DO NOT SQUEEZE YOUR NIPPLES to stimulate it coming until 35-36+ weeks with advice from doctor. 
This is 100% normal. Make sure you wash nipples regularly to avoid annoyance from crusty bits

My boobs literally started leaking at like 24 weeks lol my OB said it was normal and comes from your hormones just being all over the place so I wouldn’t worry too much

I’ve been doing this since 14 weeks 😭 time to invest in some breast pads cause it  does not stop 😩

I’m in exactly the same boat, 29wks w/DD#2, and I am choosing to take it as a tentative sign that breastfeeding might be easier this go around? Or maybe I’ll just be an oversupplier like before and have an awesome freezer stash? Either way, totally normal per my OB and a good sign that your body is doing is thing
