Low progesterone

TTC for 10 months now tracked LH with never any surge. My cycles are 38-42 days very long! MD ordered a progesterone test on cycle day 33. My level was a 2 (normal 8-20) in the end phase of your cycle. Feeling very discouraged but have a fertility specialist appointment at the end of October.
