Clear watery discharge

So I missed last month's period (not pregnant ultrasound, blood and urine confirmed) but was due to start period again today, ive had nothing but clear watery discharge the past 3 days like to the point ive thought ive peed myself is that heavy. Ive also been nauseous moody and tired, has anyone got any suggestions as to what's going on?
