Low HCG

Hi everyone first pregnancy and petrified. I should be about 6weeks today, had my blood drawn Tuesday afternoon and HCG came back at 38, Dr said it was low so wanted to test again. Tested this morning and results came back at 70. I know increase is a good thing but this seems low? Thoughts?
