Are you drinking coffee?

I had my first cup in 3 months and I almost cried. I wanted to wait until second trimester to indulge.

I was scared to drink more than one cup, and I do love coffee. However, my fiance is a doctor and he said that it's ok to drink as much the body willing to tolerate it. My caffeine tolerance is pretty high and it won't harm the baby, so I took his word for it. I drink about q cup a day, sometimes 2.

Yes 😂! My first pregnancy I cut out all caffeine swearing that it’d help the baby be more calm- he’s been a wild child ever since he was born lol. So this time, I am indulging myself a bit and I have one cup a day!

I stick to the caffeine limits daily but drink tons of water to counteract it.

I wasn't able to until about a week ago because the smell made me dry heave, but now it smells delicious again and I'm celebrating by drinking it once in the morning 😁

One cup a day on a rare occasion 2 cups, but I dont always finish my second cup. With my first I did about the same but I think I had 2 cups more often than I am doing now. I am pretty sure I still stay under the recommended doseage.
