Are Renters Pet Fees Called For?
Is it right of a landlord to request a pet deposit or monthly fee, as a way to protect from possible pet damages
•Chewing
•Scratching
•Odor
•Fecal/Urine Marks
•Etc
Or may it be deemed excessive to require pet liability, or pointless as select tenants may sneak animal(s) in to avoid any fees/requirements.
