HSG abnormal uterus

I had my HSG today after 13 months of infertility post MC . Doc said that both the tubes are open but uterus is abnormal. The dye which they pass didn’t spread in uterus in V shape. There are some tissues and also shape is different. I’m scheduled for SSG on Monday. But does anyone have any idea ? Or have been through same diagnosis?
