I need someone to really help me here to tell me what this is because I think I have cancer

I had my baby boy 4 months ago while I was pregnant I had a lump next my vag Ill put a pic of where about I had it

It was huge and then when I gave birth it went away slowly. then I felt another lump and that one hasn’t went away it hurts. It’s not a spot it’s a lump. And it has a opening like it won’t heal

It sized down and it sizing back up and it’s really painful

I’m kinda embarrassed to go to the doctors.

I’m hairs are falling like a lot it won’t stop

Can someone please tell me what this is.
