Need some feedback ladies!

I’ve done the Receptiva test twice and both times it’s come back negative. Because it looked like on the U/S that I may have mild adenomyosis, my dr put me on Lupron before doing a transfer. What’s interesting is I have GI issues a lot. Now on Lupron they’re better. So my dr said maybe I do have endo and it’s just evading the tests.

Anyone with experience on this? Is it possible to have endo in your GI tract but not the uterus? If it’s possible, would that still have an impact on pregnancy or does it only impact implantation/pregnancy if in the uterus?

I’m open to surgery if needed. I just would probably put it off if my uterus was clear.

Any advice??
