I had my tubes tied in Sep 2017. After that when pmsing, i have breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, food aversions, fatigue. May 2019 I startes having severe pain on my cycle, lightheaded and my friend said i sounded like I was in labor pain. I went to the doctor and he ran tests said everything was fine and said to try bc. Before I started the BC my cycle became heavy for the first time that started in Aug 2019. I took bc for a month and a half and it didn't do well for my mental health so I stopped. Come Jan 2020 my cycle started coming late by around 10 days and then months after that it came irregularly. I went back to the obgyn and he said he didnt know my tests came back normal and to try an iud. I haven't gone back because I want to know what is wrong. So I have an appt Tuesday with a new obgyn, can you think of anything I can ask what could possibly be wrong? I'm going to ask if it could be my tubak causing it.
