Has anyone ever experienced implantation cramps?

Has anyone ever experienced implantation cramps? How many dpo did you have them? How many dpo did you get a positive? and what did it feel like? 😊 asking for a friend lol 😂

I did looking back on it, about 9 dpo I felt like my period was about to start and it tasted like 20 mins. The only reason I remember it is because we were driving to a restaurant with my family and I was hoping we would get there soon so I could go to the bathroom to make sure I didn’t start bleeding. By the time we were seated at the restaurant and ordering food it was gone. Super short lived.
I was actively trying to conceive so I tested at 10 DPO and got a negative and again at 11 DPO at night and got my first positive faint. By morning 12 DPO it was a clear line and a digital was saying yes 😊  
Other than those cramps, I felt better than I normally do 😊 which makes sense to me now because I didn’t have my usual PMS symptoms develop. I didn’t get pregnancy symptoms until about week 6/7
