OPK miss

I started tracking with Clearblue Advanced opk 2 days ago. I got ⭕ and then a flashing 🙂 yesterday. Well today I woke up in a hurry and didn't take the test and have to use the urine after your longest sleep. Is it okay that I missed one day or should I just take test tonight just to be sure. I'm kind of freaking out bc this is our first time/month ttc. We did have sex last night though if that helps.
