Late AF

I posted a while back about having some clear-ish CM . I’m still late . Had a negative HCG blood test, but still no AF . Here’s a little back story and time line:

Had sex 8/11, got my period 8/12-14. Ovulated around the 29th (peak), also had sex that day. Had sex again 9/9 and then had another positive opk test on 9/11. Was supposed to get AF 9/12 . Have not gotten it yet . No spotting, nothing !! I’m at this point super confused . Idk if I need to wait to test again , or what’s going on. I’ve heard of people being 3 months pregnant with no detection of HCG . My mind is all over the place . Just wondering on what I should do . Thanks guys for the advice . 😌
