Hidden Camera

Me and my boyfriend have been having problems for a while and this past year I tried to walk away, but he pushed me to try and work out our issues. I somewhat agreed to try and see how things went. We have always had trust issues. He doesn’t trust me. I’ve never given him a reason to believe I was cheating on him, but just the mention of another man’s name he gets suspicious and upset. I’ve never cheated on him. He has done a complete 180 in his attitude and is suddenly doing everything he can to make this work.

A few weeks ago I found a hidden camera that he bought. He doesn’t know I found it. It had an instruction booklet on how to set it up and showed what app to use- hdlivecam -The weird thing is I thought it was quite large for a hidden camera. A few days later it shows up in our bedroom on the nightstand on my side of the bed. I asked him what it was and he tells me it’s a phone charger.

We sleep in separate rooms, he works a lot and is gone for multiple days at a time. I feel this is a huge invasion of my privacy. Am I wrong for being upset? I feel this is a deal breaker, I don’t know how to approach him about it, and I just don’t know what to do.

Note: It does actually charge my phone. I also checked his phone while he was in the shower and he has the app on his phone and when I opened it you could see into the bedroom.
