I’m a FTM so I’m not sure what’s happening…. Lol I’m experiencing episodes where it’s hard to breathe almost like my lungs are getting tight, it travels down my stomach to my lower uterus and I get a cramp type of feeling. Not painful at all but my stomach gets hard! I just try to breathe through it, sometimes I can’t talk when it feels so tight and I’m out of breath… then it just goes away. In the last half hour I’ve had 4 of these episodes. Any help/ info is appreciated.
