So I’m not sure how concerned I should be but I fell asleep for a bit, woke up took my puppy outside to go potty and then I went to use the bathroom afterwards. Shortly after using the bathroom I felt the need to spit and I typically spit in the sink and run the water (I know gross..) well before I had turned the water on I spit in the sink and it was basically straight blood. Like the type of blood that you tend to spit after getting a tooth removed or something (which I hadn’t gotten done..) it was bright red.

I thought maybe it was in my nasal passages too so I blew my nose (occasionally I’ll get blood in my mucus due to allergies) and that wasn’t the case cause my mucus was clear. My stomach had an uneasy feeling like when you get acid reflux and I had phlegm come up that was brow/red, then a second time phlegm came up again and was more bright green with red/brown in it (assuming that was also blood)
