We have busy schedules and he's working two jobs and finishing up school. We see each other once a week. Meanwhile, I'm doing a sport, competitions for that sport, have my full time job, my church service work, church events and services, etc. For the both of us, weddings come up, church events, family, friends, etc. He described that it's not the end of the world if we can't see each other every week.

In my head, I understand how busy we are and I know I trust him. But sometimes past trauma gets in the way and makes me feel insecure.

Should I be worried that he said that it's okay not see each other every week or is this my insecurities speaking?
