Has this worked for anyone else’s nausea?

My midwife recently told me to take unisom + b6 to help with nausea and I was just wondering if it has worked for anyone else?

Yes! I actually only take unisom now because B6 didn’t seem to help me much but I’ve heard it’s helped lots of other people. My nurse told me the trick is you have to take them at the exact same time. She said a quarter unisom pill with the B6 would work during the day, it did help a couple of times but I also ended up falling asleep for at least an hour. Now I take half a unisom a little after dinner when my nausea is the worst then another half about an hour before I want to go sleep. 
Sea bands have also really helped me. Whenever I think they’re not doing anything I take them off and feel a lot worse within 30 minutes.

This is the same thing as taking a medication called Diclegis. It’s the only thing that helped my hyperemesis G during my second pregnancy. I am taking it now for my fourth and it’s a blessing.

Yes! I’ve been taking it every night for 3-4 weeks now. My nausea was never debilitating but enough to make me miserable every time the dry heaving started. Never actually threw up though. Since taking unisom I can’t remember the last time I had a noticeable wave of nausea, it’s really helped! I also sleep really good at night. Still just dealing with fatigue throughout the day.

I have been taking both and it has helped! Take before bed, it makes you pretty tired.

This is what my doctor recommended too so I'm going to try it. She said to take it before bed cuz Unisom is a sleep aid.

I was told to start with B6, which has helped and then to try unisom if that stops working in addition to the b6. I still have some nausea so thinking of trying the unisom just at night to help me sleep and hopefully prevent my early morning sickness

My doctor recommended it as well! It didn’t help me but nothing has worked so far! Will probably start fluid IV with Zofran like my last pregnancy!!! 
Anything and everything I eat or drink comes up! So as soon as I think the pills worked… bam they come up! 
I have heard from others it works wonders!!!! Best of luck!

My dr recommended it . But also said it would make me sleepy so I left it alone
