Is this considered spotting?
I get kinda confused when it comes to what is spotting or when it comes to "amount of flow" since it varies from person to person. Anytime I've asked my old roommate like do you not bleed like this during your period(cause she didnt understand why I wear a pad AND a tampon during my period) she would act like i was gonna bleed out or something. So I'm not quite sure if this is spotting or not? TIA
